Reigate Priory Croquet Club were represented in style this year by the experienced John and Freda Knight, and Caroline Barnard in her first external Association Competition.
Having moved venue back in 1996, Canterbury Croquet Club have been continually improving their lawns and amenities since then, and it has developed into a lovely and welcoming establishment, with beautiful lawns.
Having won their first 4 games, Reigate led the field going into the last game, but were beaten by a single hoop (croquet can be so cruel!) to the victors, Surbiton.
Caroline performed particularly well in her inaugural AC tournament, winning an impressive 4 out of 5 games – one to watch out for!
