Neil played superbly to overcome a strong field and take the trophy home from the Surbiton B Level tournament. With a number of handicaps as low a 1, in an Advanced Tournament, and Neil did superbly to win, playing to a really solid and consistent level throughout the weekend, with a pretty much flawless performance in the final (beating an ex-Reigate player!).
He also did very well in qualifying for the knockout, where he had to compete with 2 others in aiming for the peg from Corner 1, managing to hit it 2 out of 6 times, while his competitors didn’t hit it once!
