Once again RPCC were invited to enter, and as we have won the Challenge cup for the last two years we were hoping for a hat trick, but it was not to be. The Friday team – Martin, Doug, John Bristow and Simon, got off to a good start winning 5 out of 8 games, but Saturday’s team – Lucy, Chris O’B, Geoff and John H had a difficult day with no wins. Sunday’s team of John K, John Prior, John S and Frank Burch managed 4 out of 6 wins.
However, as usual it was a good competition and very enjoyable. RPCC were placed 4th, with the home team, Southwick, taking first place.
