Club members are now eligible to enter CA tournaments. This year the CA introduced a third layer of tournaments, the C Level (level play) for golf croquet players with a handicap of 7+
Several of our members entered at least one of twenty tournaments held throughout the country. Freda and Sue both earned sufficient points to qualify for the Final at Nottingham. Sue won 8 out of 15 games, but the eventual winner was Michelle Leonard.
Tournament play is a great way to improve your game, gain experience of playing on different lawns and meeting new people. Why not give it a try next year?
