S League vs Sussex County

The S (Single lawn) league team of Simon, Doug and Joyce took on Sussex County at home on Wednesday 28 August. The opposition arrived a little late having been confused by Reigate’s one way system and the inconspicuous entry point to our lawn, but were assisted by an emergency call to Martin (thanks Martin for putting them right), so the… Read more →

B-League v Ember

Sadly, the B league team lost to Ember by one match to two. Doug’s morning result was his first whitewash +26, and that against a 3 1/2! Captain Simon failed to score. We… Read more →

S League v Cheam

Played on 31 May, this was Reigate’s first match of the new S League and the first competitive match held on our lawn for some time. We should have benefitted from home advantage but we picked Cheam as our opponents so some of their team were very familiar with our lawn.  That is the excuse for being beaten by three games… Read more →
